Providing care in the Memory Care department of an Assisted Living home in West Linn. I am responsible for 10+ residents at a time and the unit holds roughly 50 residents. I work with residents who have various stages of Alzheimer's and dementia, all which need continence management and showering assistance and many which need feeding assistance, occupied bed changes, Hoyer lifts, and two-three person transfers.
