Hello families, I am a , CNA- Certified Nurse Assisted. I have been working in the medical and non medical fields of healthcare for 27 years. I specialize in homecare, but I have worked 1:1 with a broad range of clients and patients from ages 0-105 years old. I have worked with geriatric clients in different facilities like, ALF, ACF, ADLF, SNF and more. I obtained my CNA certificate in 1997 from a well known community college. I also attended my clinicals at a very well known hospital. I enjoy what I do and I will continue to provide care to the ones in need. As long as I can put a smile on my clients/patients face at the end of the day I'm happy when I have made them happy.

At age 15, I cared for my dying mother and father, and decided to dedicate my life to be of service to others who could no longer care for themselves. I can honestly say that care giving brings out the best in me. When I see a need, whether it be physical, mental or spiritual one, I am challenged to work with the families to help fulfill that need. Everyone deserves that kind of experience in life and I believe everyone needs somebody. What makes me a great care giver is, I treat people how I want to be treated.i also became a certified nurse aide (C.N.A) when taken care of my father at the age of 19 when he became Diagnosed with lung cancer. Right after he passed away. I went to CNA school in the year of 2001 Graduated received my certification. I have my CPR certification as well.I been employed at my job for 16 years as of this comein March 10,2019 it will be 17 years that I have been Employed at Deermeadows. And what makes me so different and rare , is most people work just to get a pay check, but when you careing for a human life ITS A MUST that you have a heart A compassionate heart at that.I also work on a Dementia/Alzheimer's unit as well at deermeadows. However I got promoted around 2010 to a (R.N.A) Restorative nursing aide Position.iam also skilled with hoyer lifts and Sara lifts,as well currently working mon-Friday 6am-2pm off every weekend.but will work on call,on holidays ,and Emergencies.
