in my 12 years experience of being a cna i always had one motto putting a smile on peoples faces. i love the work that i do it actually brings a smile to my face when i see that the people that i care for are happy. i beleive the day that i decided to become a cna is when i had to care for my ailing mother it was then that i knew this is my calling. this is what i was set out to do and so i did. i strive for excellence when i work i love caring and helping others. it gives me great joy to know i have brightened somebodys day or made them feel like they are important.i would want someone to do the same for me if i were incapable of managing on my own.
