I have been self-employed with experience from caring for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and multiple sclerosis patients, that either had ileostomy, colostomy or neither. I have taken care of head injury that had tracheotomy and tube feeding. Also, I had worked subcontracted for a Registered Nurse, for Healthcare Agencies and Per diem for Nursing facilities. I find that the best route is working for an individual in meeting the family, finding what best works in the immediate circle of care. I have experience the poor commitments from lack of communication between an employer and family member and became interested in working for the client without the middle man.
