I am a very fast learner, I enjoy doing different things with the people I take care of to widen their perspections. I got tired of working in a nursing home where residents felt as if they were caged 24/7 and limited to what they are able to do, so I widened my opportunities on where I can take my cna career and better my job opportunity. I enjoy the one on one interactions that I get with my residents and being able to learn my resident more so than I would in a different environment.
