I'm a very empathetic and patient person. My family was the primary caregiver for my dad who lost his battle to cancer and to my grandmother who had dementia before passing on. I understand the pain and changes a family endures while caring for their loved ones. Everyone, regardless of age and gender deserves love, dignity and respect and this is seen through the quality of care we give. Having seen my dad go through difficult transitions attracted me to aspire as a caregiver someday. I enjoy learning from the older generations. They always have something wise to teach or a story to share! I'm most proud of my drive and optimist view on life. I surprise myself often on how I overcome life's challenges.
