I became a caregiver because of my grandfather. At the age of 77 he was diagnosed with severe alzheimer's disease, and was totally depend on the help of those after him. during his condition we became very close, and that instigated me to try to be a caregiver. help others is my main goal as a caregiver, it satisfies me everyday after or during work to know that am doing the right thing and helping to improve the lives of others in every little way possible. My name is Salia Kamara, and am 20 years old. I study finance at Delaware County Community college with the hope of transferring to the University of Penn in the fall. Most people around me say am persistent and a hard worker so i try not to let there praise and personal assessment of me fall to the waste side.
