I became a Caregiver 10 years ago because I like helping people with disabilities and I'm a people person. I also like being a Caregiver because its a way to meet different people of any race and I get to learn different cultures while taking care of my clients. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is that I held this position as a caregiver for ten years and I started it on my own without any agency, it started simply by word of mouth and people trusting in me. I have done a great job thus far while working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, stroke, cancer, dialysis and sickle cell patients, making them feel better and comfortable in their home.
