About Diane

As a trained Nursing Assistant with approximately ten years of total experience in providing personal care and a variety of home health duties as well as restorative care, I am seeking a position as a nurse assistant in the home setting. I believe that every individual has a right to a high quality life and that I have the skills and experience to provide high quality care so that the client can maintain dignity and independence. I am well-versed in providing compassionate care, giving respect and promoting independence are of the utmost importance. In addition to having excellent bedside manner, I am equally skilled in communicating with other medical professionals to serve and meet the clients’ needs. I am also experienced in working with other health team members, to effectively track, record and report status, progress, and overall well-being of the clients. I vigorously strive to provide excellent service to the internal and external customers as well as keep accurate and organized records of the status of the client's condition.
