About Lenora

I became a personal caregiver because I wanted to earn a living doing a job where I felt that I could make a positive difference in someone's life. Having been employed in corporate settings for most of my life, I sometimes felt angry and dissatisfied with my job. But, at the end of the day as a personal caregiver, I have a feeling of warmth and satisfaction when I have been able to help someone who really needs me. A personal achievement that I am proud of is that I have raised three intelligent, successful daughters -- in spite of being widowed at an early age. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I relocated my family to Georgia nine years ago; and I absolutely love living here. I am a mature, patient, empathetic, non-smoker who enjoys the simple things in life. I am passionate about "doing the right thing." My hobbies are sewing, crafting and reading. I take pleasure in spending quality time with my daughters, and I take pride in my work.
