My name is Mykia Young, I am a college graduate from medical school, I am a licensed by the department of human welfare for direct care as well as home health aide. I am CPR certified as well. The reason why I became a care giver is because I have a passion for helping people who cant help themselves or need help, And because when I was younger watching my mother die from cancer, and my grandmother , inspired me to became apart of the medical field as well as a caregiver, to help someone in need the way I helped my mother and grandmother . I love being a care giver because I can give someone peace of mind knowing that they have someone by there side that cares and will help them in any way possible & most importantly make someone smile. My personal achievements that I am proud of is graduating from medical school getting my degree and help saving someone's life and helping someone less fortunate.
