As a caregiver of 8 years, I've found great passion in expressing my gratitude for life through helping hands. Having the gifted ability to make huge differences in the lives of others. I humbly & strongly believe that excellence in quality of care is to center the patient durning care, focusing soley on the patients needs while getting to know the patient, I've alway been great at being lead by my patients' because it's not about me, but only about them, after the performance of care, seeing the patients comfort level is often rewarding alone. How I got into caregiving: 9 years ago after working a host of dead end jobs I ran into an old family friend who snagged a job with a home care agency as a staffing coordinator. I doubted getting the job because I worried I didn't have any experience in such field. She then gave me instructions as to what to do, so I followed through. That was the best thing I'd ever done in my entire life, I was given a basic home health aid training & CPR; boy I felt like somebody then! One year later in this business I've found fortune enough financially to put myself through school as a Certified Nurses assistant, that's when the doors swung wide, helped me to realize that I belong to an industry where respectable hard work pays off. This is my career because I love what I do, and I do it with compassion, Someday I will need a helping hand & with this sincere heart, I pray to find as my aid.
