I am a certified CNA with the state of Arkansas and I have been a certified nurse's aid for most of my adult life I have worked in a nursing home setting as well as some Home Health and private care with with patients that have a wide variety of needs and my involvement with daily living from total dependency to just being there for respite care. When you love taking care of people and it's a blessing to want to do it, because some elderly people don't have family and you willing to step in and help.. God will bless you. You have to treat people the way you want to be treat.. One day we going to get old and we need the help. I decided to become a caregiver after having a severe illness putting me in ICU for 8 days causing me to have to have help with basic daily activities like showering, toilet, walking ,etc. I personally enjoy getting to know the patients (residents) such as their life stories , medical history , likes and dislikes personal interest. Hello, I am Cosaundra Chapple this is my choice for my career. I chose to be a blessing for someone . I recently was faced with my sister being terminally ill , I was worried that she would not get the proper care? at this time when families are going through something so devastating they need not worry about proper care for their love ones . I wanted to be that one to bridge the gap to add less stress on the family. I have several years experience.

I enjoy taking care of people who need my help. I am a Christian lady with strong Christian values. I don't smoke, love animals, and I am a energetic and happy person. I have 2 sons and they are in college. I enjoy planting flowers, fishing, hunting, and going to church. I take pride in all that I do especially when it comes to taking care of another's family members. I spoil my patients and treat them with love and respect and I treat them as if they are my own family . I believe in being punctual and not leaving early for work or anything.
