I have always been a nurturing person by nature. Between caring for family, and my professional career, I have over 15 years of experience. I was born a people person. I have a deep passion for helping the elderly, and disabled. It started as a teen caring for my great-grandmother, and was compounded when I became a mother of a special needs child. Caregiving is who I am.

I have been a caregiver since I was a child. My dad had polio and my mom had other physical problems so, I became their caregiver. As an adult, I have enjoyed Hospice work, working with dementia patients and working with children. I feel like helping others is what my purpose in life is. I enjoy it and love meeting and learning from new people.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel I can get along well with a variety of elders. I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone’s life. I like doing a variety of tasks in a day. I don’t ever say, “that’s not my job” but instead like pitching in to do whatever is needed. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person’s day better. I take pride in I pay attention to detail. I don’t want a desk job; I'd like being physical in my job and using my body as well as my brain. I'm seeking a career with growing opportunities. I don’t want to invest in many years of formal education but I'm are willing to learn new skills and take continuing education to do your job well. I feel that when I'm are older, you’d want someone like yourself there to help you if you need help.

I have over 15 years caring for special needs, disabled, and seniors. I am a licensed certified nursing assistant and metaphysical practitioner. I take a holistic approach caring for my clients one thing I notice in the healthcare field is there is a lack of caring for the clients total well-being body, mind and spirit. As a metaphysical minister I am aware of how a positive mentality can help people heal much faster. It is very important to create a positive environment that helps client feel balanced and focus on healing. I am qualified to provide holistic energy therapy, meditation techniques to help manage pain if needed I can provide spiritual support.
