I know I am the eyes and ears for the health care team and family members so I pay close attention to my patients looking for any changes. I pay close attention to their medications making sure they are working properly. With my knowledge and medical background I am able to communicate effectively and professionally with all individuals on a clients care team which in turn makes it easier for the physicians or other health care professionals to treat the client.
