My uncle has cerebral palsy, and my mother is the primary caregiver. Caring for a loved one can be overwhelming at times which can cause burnout. However, I will help with your loved one's care, and you will be able to focus on your own health, maintain a full-time job, or care for other members of your family. Hi, I am a mother, grandmother, and I love to care for my family. I started caregiving first for my grandparents. I fell in love with taking care of the ones who can't care for themselves or maybe just need a little help and a lot of companionship.

I am a very devoted caring individual. I have a warm and comforting persona. I enjoy my career and It shows. I take my work seriously, but I'm also up for activities if need be. I'm good at patient and family advocation. I am fully aware of most if not all CMS regulations and laws within healthcare home health and in center. I am familiar with most if not all transfer tools. Most of all everyone is treated like a customer.

I am a very outgoing person who has always just wanted to help everyone. I became a caregiver/ certified nursing assistant because I wanted to be surrounded by the medical field. I am currently pursuing a degree in nursing and I wanted to get experience. I started in the nursing home and I loved it there. I love the patients and I love knowing that I am helping them continue on with their daily life. I made a move to Pensacola from Alabama and I am wanting to do more of a home health type of job. And the reason that I became a care giver is because at the age of 17 my Grandfather that raised me became ill he developed diabetes and later on he developed lung cancer I was his soul caregiver experience changed my life. And a personal Achievement that I am proud of is when I became a home owner for the first time in 2013 My children and I seen a year and a half of homelessness prior that so I consider myself Blessed to have a Permanent roof over over our heads.
