Doing this allows me to give back to my community and help families in need when they need it most. There are so many stressors in daily living, wondering if your loved one is in good hands should not be one of them. I would love to support families traversing this process.

Hello. My name is Heather. I was born and raised in Avon Park, FL. I have worked in a medical office setting for 15 years. My experience in a medical office includes working as a receptionist and assisting with patients working as a Medical Assistant. I have also been working as a Private In Home Caregiver for approximately 2 years. My passion is helping others.

I have enjoyed helping others for many years as an LPN and also a Caregiver. After obtaining my BA in ED and teaching, I wanted to be able to do more for people and went into the LPN Program and have enjoyed it for well over 25 years. Working in private homes, skilled nursing facilities, hospice, and hospitals.

I'm a very caring individual. I am passionate about advocating for those who can not speak for themselves e.i. children, elderly and animals. I was first drawn to being a caregiver, as a teenager, when my grandmother was sick. I provided care for her including open wound dressing changes. I decided to go to school to be an LPN. I graduated in 2012 and obtained my PA license in December 2012. I worked in MedSurg at Williamsport Regional Medical Hospital in Williamsport, Pa before becoming a stay at home parent. I am not licensed in the state of Florida. What I enjoy most about caregiving is getting to know my clients, hearing their stories and being able to help them keep their independence. Everyone has a story to tell.

First my experiences will help you a lot I have my uncle who passed away with dementia so with him I learned from that sichness. I am flexible with my schedule and decide to get myself opened to serve properly my elder I love them I learned from them cause next time I will be my turn.
