Hello My Name is Kyester I go by Kye or Ester if easier for some. I have been in the healthcare field since 1990. I started off at a personal care home while in the 8th grade, obtained my CNA in 1997 and went to my 1st nursing facility. I have truly enjoyed working with all the many clients and families, even through the good and bad times we have encountered together. Healthcare has been very emotional foe me at times, specially when you get attached emotionally and there is nothing you can do but be there, be patient and supportive . Currently available after 3pm.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I listen and watch my clients. I may close attention to small details because at times that's all that matters. What attracted me to become a caregiver is the way I was raised to care for people who are in need and may not have anyone else. I was taught to treat and show respect to all kinds of humanity regardless of the way the look,talk,and dressed. The most thing I enjoy about being a caregiver is making sure that my person needs are met to my best abilities. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is me giving back when I can.

I'm a very caring and spunky person. I love helpings others. I've been a caregiver for over 9 years and there's nothing about it I do not love. I'm currently in school to obtain my LPN degree. I'm here to help you love life.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I understand what a family us going through being that I helped care for my grandparents. I have been certified since 1997 but my experience from caring for my family members has been since my teenage years. And knowing that others depend on me to care for their love ones is what I love to do. Getting to know and understand ones family is getting to know the individual who is needing care. Treating others as you would want others to treat your family members is the key.. My personal achievements that I am very proud of is knowing that when I leave that person I am caring for, I know that I have done the best and provided the best care for them and that they are happy and I can return to them and they remember the way I talked to them, treated them and showed them the passionate care that I have towards them by treating them as if they were my family with dignity and respect. I am a dependable, trustworthy, lovable && helpful person . I love what I do , I wouldn't change this field for anything . I love helping people from elderly, to kids anybody that has always being me ! Just knowing that you've changed someone life has a big impact on me ! I have been in healthcare most of my life. I am a straight forward person and will let you know exactly what is going on. I have worked with patients with Alzheimer's, paralyzed, MS, hospice and everything in between.

My name is Debra Volp but everyone calls me Missy. I have a passion for helping people. My dad passed away at home and after he passed. I went to school and became a certified nursing assistant. I wanted to learn to care for people like they are my family and be my best to give the very best care. I live in the Twiggs/ Macon area but I would travel to help any family out.

I am a great care giver beacause , I have worked in the medical field for30 plus years . I am loving ,compassionate,and caring. I find it very rewarding to rehab a person to the state of walking when they have become weak in their body.I have worked in a hospital for 17 years as physical therapy tech, homehealth, hospice care,rehab aide in the nursing home, worked in assistive living passing out medication ,CNA,and certificate in medication training. I am currently working with the mentally challenge. It take patient and care , and to under stand how that person feel that is sick. To sum it all up, when ever I would go on a case or fill in they would want me back instead of the regular aide.
