I have 34 years of Emergency Medical and patient care experience. I also have experience as a Director of a private Home Health Care Division where I ensured client schedules and home care needs were efficiently met. When I worked for EHM Senior Solutions, all of my long-term clients would rather not have anyone else come in from the company when I was not available. With all of my clients that needed 24 hour care and had several caregivers, I was the only one asked to stay on assignment when they no longer needed 24 hour care. Lastly, I had a client that was put in Hospice Care and was given 3 days to live. After 1 month of starting the assignment, my client graduated from Hospice, and his family is very happy.

Over the years, I have developed compassion for those who are vulnerable in society, especially the elderly population. I became a caregiver right out of high school and I have worked in the health field for more than ten years. Those years have given me a sense of proud and fulfillment in working with elderly people. I have a calm personality, and I am a very giving person. I started as a caregiver when I was in my early teens. I took care of my childhood friend who had cancer, and also my grandmother, father, and mother. Being a caregiver is the most satisfying work I have ever experienced.
