When I was 23 my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was with her every step of the way as her caregiver which made fall in love with the caregiving field because I love to help others. To be able to be the person that someone accepts help from is an honor because I know it's often hard to accept help. I have been a CNA since 2007 after completing a health occupations course in high school. I have always had a passion for helping people and am truly blessed to have landed a wonderful career in healthcare as a radiologic technologist. I have done various caregiver jobs from hospital, in home and nursing home thought the years, especially while I was in college. The reward of being able to help those in need is a wonderful blessing. Life gets busy and sometimes we need an extra help from another person to help continue life.
