I was attracted to being a caregiver after caring for my own family members and felt the need to help more people in my community. I finished my schooling in Peoria IL, at Methodist College and completed my internship in the ICU at Methodist Hospital.

Hi, my name is Taylor. I'm a sophomore in college. I am outspoken, and can hold a conversation with anyone. I love being around people and helping them. Compassion is one of the best qualities I have. I serve everyone with the same compassion. I wanted to be a caregiver because selfishly its a step towards my career in nursing, but also I would want someone to take care of me the way I take care of my patients and residents. I would take care of others, just like they was family. I am very tentative and compassionate and want them to trust me. I love helping out others, in time of need. Is a position where it requires many hats and I have worn many. I have been there for many, until the end. To do my job that best that I can, to show them I care and see a smile, would complete my day.

I work as a CNA at 2 places in Chillicothe. I love my job because i get to make a difference in someone's life every single day. I became a great caregiver when I cared for my mom for 8yrs. I learned a great deal about personal care, and the doctors and nurses were so amazed at the care I had given her I was motivated to care for other in need. What attracted me to become a caregiver was after caring for my mom, I felt it was a calling. A personal achievement of my mine was caring for my mom and still today the care I give to others.
