Most of my career has been as a caregiver. There was a brief time that I worked in accounting completing my degree in 2015. It seems that I am doing what I enjoy the most helping others.

I am well experienced. I became a caregiver, more than twenty years ago, to give quality care to those in need. I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their stories. I have had Certified Nursing Assistant training, Direct Support Professional training, Qualified Medication Aide training, and am well read with experience as Physical Therapy Aide. As a caregiver, it is nice to have both a decent medical vocabulary and an interest in continuous learning about the functions of the human body.

I love to help others and those who are need. I listen and am very communicative and flexible with others. Hello my name is kaytlynn, most of my friends call me Kayt(pronounced Kate). I have been a CNA for 3 going on 4 years, but before that i have taken care of my Mother since i was a teenager, she is completely deaf in one ear, and only has 10 percent hearing in the other, she has hearing aides , false teeth, arthritis, has had a double bypass, and a total hysterectomy, she has COPD, and blood cancer . She has this rare form of cancer where her RBC'S attack her WBC'S causing her health to be poor, he bones to be weak, and her blood to thicken like ketchup. She has to go bi-weekly, sometimes even weekly to have blood pumped off, so it doesn't thicken in her veins and arteries. Taken care of people in need comes natural to me , i have done it my whole life , and don't plan on changing that any time soon.

What makes me a great care giver is I enjoy my work. I enjoy this field of work because when I was younger my grandfather had dementia and watching my mom care for him made me want to do the same thing.What i enjoy most about my job is being able to really make a difference in people's life's.A personal achievement I am proud of is my 8yr old daughter
