I've been a CNA for over 29 yrs. I've worked with different clients. I am compassionate, patient and understanding.

I'm a head strong mother of 3, entrepreneur, and wife! My passion comes with my personality of always being a "momma hen" which is what I love and why I'm great at...taking care of people. I strive for the best care of my patients and treat them as my own family because ultimately that's what they become, an extension of your heart and life. I have a very wide and extensive knowledge in all areas of care from nursing home long term care to hospital emergency room and pre/post surgical patients. I am very confident that I am a good fit for any patient and want to make sure that their family members feel that confidence in hiring me for their loved ones care. My availability as of right now varies due to church commitments, contact me for details. I have worked graveyards before so I'm not opposed but being as though I have young children I prefer to stick to day shifts. I stopped working out in the field and started running our home construction business with my husband for a while and being a stay at home mother homeschooling my two boys. Mondays and Wednesdays me and my sons have commitments to the church working with Fisher of Men volunteering for food pantry distribution here in Vidor. Due to our commitments with family and church I also normally do not work on the weekends. I definitely don't work Sundays, but if there is an absolute urgent need, I have been known to open up my Saturday schedule for somebody otherwise I leave Saturdays and Sundays completely for my family and God. It's very important to me to keep God and family first. I absolutely look forward to hearing from you!!!

I am a retired physical therapist assistant. My background is primarily in geriatric rehabilitation, wound care, stroke recovery, exercise programs, ambulatory activities, etc. I have recently been employed as a home health care aide. Duties include: light house keeping, meal preparation, exercise, and medication reminders. I also have been trained in both crisis intervention and grief counseling.

My personality trait that makes mengreat at caregiving would be my love for it and the joy I get from helping others. My attraction to caregiving came through me realizing it was a gift that I had and its gave me tremendous joy. Being able to nurture others is tge most enjoyable part for me. My personal achievement I am most proud of is being a mother and the ability to guide then and build them up.

I've done home health as a side job the past decade, and prefer it over a nursing home/clinical facility setting greatly. I stayed on with my clients until they passed on, and loved them like family! feel like the home health setting is much more beneficial for the elderly, and allows them a better quality of life and also reflects better recovery outcomes for most any conditions they may have. I have great recommendations for my clients as well.
