Hi, my name's Kaela. I have enjoyed working with older adults since I turned 16 and started my first job at a retirement community. I'm compassionate, caring, social, and love getting to know new people. As the oldest child, I've always taken on the caregiving role for my little sister and this is what spiked my interest in healthcare. My favorite part about being a nursing assistant is spending one on one time with residents and helping them to feel and look their best. I'm currently a student at Central Michigan University. One fun fact about me is that my favorite animal is an elephant. Last summer I volunteered in Thailand for a month at a rural health clinic.
