My personal traits of a caregiver is that I always have had a heart for those that can't do for themselves. It warms my heart to make someone feel like they still have life no matter what they can and can't do. And a personal achievement for me was to get an elderly lady to be able to get In her bath tub without falling again after 5 years of having a shower chair and needing help to sit on it.
