I have five years experience as a Home Health Aide, and am currently in school to obtain my LPN. I have experience with hospice care, and volunteer at the Hart Comfort House whenever I can. I try not to take myself too seriously, and consider any shift where I can make my client laugh or smile to be a success.

I am a very caring and lovable person. I enjoy helping others the best that i possibly can. When i was younger I use to go to work with my step mom who was a CNA and i enjoyed being able to make a diffrrence in the residents lifes. I am the oldest of four, and a single mother, caregiving is natural to me. I cared for both of my grandparents in their later years, so they were able to stay at home as long as possible. Being able to help others and provide them with comfort and care brings me a sense of fulfillment and purpose. As for a personal achievement I'm proud of, I once helped a patient regain their independence after a serious injury. It took a lot of dedication and hard work, but seeing them regain their confidence and achieve their goals was truly gratifying.

I truly enjoy being around the elderly I grew up with my grandma living with me with Alzheimer's as a child and I always wanted to help in anyway I could. Taking care of people is truly something from your heart. I like to help make a difference in their life to reassure them everything will be ok.
