I am very compassionate and empathetic. I have taken care of others for many years including family members suffering from dementia as well as other cognitive and physical disorders. I enjoy helping others obtain happiness and contentment while being able to live in a home setting. The best part of being a care giver is the personal reward. My proudest personal achievement is being a mom and nana.

I am a very ambitious person and willing to learn new things. I started taking care of grandmother when I was younger and then took that and made it into a career. I enjoy being able to make someone's day by helping them with there ADLS. Also being their companion is very important in caregiving's. I am energetic, have a huge heart. I'm always trying to find ways to help other people no matter the situation. I love hearing back stories on clients that's I have cared for, they always tell them perfectly! When my grandmother got sick in 2013 with stage 4 lung cancer I quit my job and took care of her until she went on hospice in her home, in 2014. I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life and that was to be a nurse one day! My biggest achievement is when I went to LPN school, although I withdrew in February of 2019 the knowledge and experience I gained is not forgotten. I was going into my second clinical rotation when I caught the flu and missed 23 clock hours! I had an hour left until next semester which was 3 months away! I had no choice to withdraw, but I will become a nurse, it's my passion!

Hi, I am a LPN of 30 plus years of many different experiences. I love home care environment for working. I am a mom and very experienced in Special needs experience for my second child has CP and ADHD. He is a thriving young man and very productive young man in his community! Besides the last 5 years I have been working with individuals with special needs in their homes. I am current in my CPR training and am a nonsmoker and usually have no problem with pets currently. I would prefer to work the day or evening shift and am looking to work approximately 36 hours a week. I would right now not want to work weekends but can discuss further. Before going into food service I was CNA at mm Ewing continuing care center at FF Thompson Health Care. This career choice has many rewards and therefore I chose to further my education. I attended University of Phoenix and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare. My overall goal is to one day be my own boss and assist families with helping their loved ones at home. I decided to become a caregiver because growing up my grandmother had early onset Alzheimer's, I watched how her caregivers supported her but our family as well. I started working at an assisted living facility during college and then transitioned into home care. I feel like often times when being a caregiver you are meeting someone at a challenging point in their life. It takes understanding, patience, kindness.
