I been working in home care field since I was 17 I'm 22 now I love what i do I clean cook every day living I work with all different people elderly , disable / mrrd/ special needs . You name it . I do transportation bathing groom .I am cpr certificated and medicine certification. I i been with people that are easy upset , behaviors , and beyond bad behaviors. I work up to a home manager I am very loyal to my job I'm a hard worker very patient I own my own car with insurance and driver license I graduated high school in 2015 I'm a open book if you have any question feel free you call or text I'm available any time

I am a very caring and nurturing person. I really enjoy helping people. I also know when to promote independence for my client. I encourage my clients to do their best. I enjoy the experience of learning how to help an individual. By doing so, it allows a bond of trust and companionship to form between my client and myself. I give 100% of my time and attention to my clients. I always learn so much from taking care of others which helps me to become such a kind, caring, understanding, attentive, and compassionate caregiver.

I enjoy being a personal assistant / caregiver as I love people and love to help those that need it. I am a people person and get along with anyone. It's such an awesome experience when you are able to help someone ensure their loved ones are cared for, life can always become busy at the least expected times.

I began my nursing career taking care of residents with Alzheimer's dementia. I worked in a live in facility for 5 years. Prior to that I worked as a nurse aide for 4 years. I have many years experience.

I became a caregiver because I watched my Grandma in the nursing home get treated poorly and I wanted to make a difference in at least one person's life. I make a good caregiver because I treat everyone like they're my family; I'm loving, caring, and very compassionate about what I do.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I have compassion, I have fellow feeling for people, and if I am helping a child, I think it is my child, I imagine people as sisters, brothers, parents, grandparents, and that makes me feel, and identify how important they are, and how I would feel about someone else looking after my loved one, and how they would want me to interact. It really makes you know empathy. Nobody wants sympathy, but we need empathy. I like to interact when clients need and want interaction, but I also want to respect space, boundaries, and privacy. I do not want to hover. I have a lot of experience in many aspects of caregiving. I can cook well, clean, be a companion, share experiences, I can, and actually love yardwork, I have experience with mild to profound disabilities, dementia, alzheimer's, Multiple Sclerosis (paralysis) stroke victims, occupational therapy techniques, have used a gait belt, lift, and wheelchair assistance, toileting, female catheter care, bed bound patients, toileting, incontinence, bathing, showering, bed bathing, chores, nutrition, game playing. I could not put my experience in the work section because it kept deleting everytime I got to the second source, so I put most on the first one. I have been caregiving since 1996.

I'm very responsible perdon.I take my job very seriously and I don't call off. I have very good intrapersonal skills. I been doing this for very long time and I'm dedicated to it.
