I have been a care provider for about 18 years. I have taken care of my parents who were both disabled and terminally ill. I have expertise helping with individuals that are elderly dementia, disabled. I have worked at numerous facilities. I have expertise with developmentally disabled adults and children. I am currently working with special need children (autism). I also currently work with the elderly helping with daily living,from showering feeding to bathing and running errands. I have a great heart and treat my clients as I would want someone to treat my family members. I hope I get the chance to show you my skills.

I love working & helping others out. Making them smile makes my day. A lot of families are busy and sometimes they just need a trust loving caring caregiver to help them take care of there families and housekeeping.

I've been a caregiver since the 70s. I started out as a blue bell to candy stripe. Then on on to care giver and EMT-D. I ran with the ambulance and fire department. I worked in hospitals and nursing homes in PA and NJ. I am now working as a unit clerk/caregiver/sitter at TCH, and private hire on the side. I love what I do. I enjoy being with people who need help that I can provide. They are family to me ,mother, brother, father or sister. I care for them as my family. I stay through it all, better times and bad times. Being a caregiver is very rewarding to me. I have been in health care my whole life. I did take time off to raise a family of 2 boys and 4 girls. while I was raising my family I also took in foster children, new born to teenager in MI and TN.

Currently a nursing student looking for a job with flexibility, my school schedule will come out in the beginning of the semester and I have to work around that , with covid I'm trying to get a job away from the virus that will allow me close patient care , and decent pay. I love to care for other but with the danger of covid it's becoming harder and harder everyday

I have been giving care for 10+ years and exclusively the last 5 years. I have a variety of skills and experience and am always willing to learn more so I can ensure your loved one is getting the best care possible. I have done simple companion care with a client who can still fully function but just needs some help to hospice- bedridden care and worked with nurses who come into the home, gone on Doctors appointments, done therapy and prescribed exercises, etc. But it's not just the medical care I provide- I also can make an excellent homecooked meal (not really into too much of the processed and junks foods so if you really want healthy good cooking- I'm your girl), keep a clean environment (no cross-contamination) a great listener, sing, play music and really try to have a good time with the person I am caring for. Does your loved one like certain activities? Then it's a priority for me to make them happen. Whether it's to go to a senior center and participate in an activity or do something at home- music, reading, catching up on a show they like, puzzles, games, taking a walk- I'm flexible and very open to doing what they love and to keep doing at long as we can so your loved one enjoys life to the fullest. Lastly, I keep you updated on anything and everything you want to know about the care being given. Often I get to the point where I can anticipate a need and will work with you to ensure the quality of care and comfort is never compromised when possible.

I am great with people and love to help as much as possible. I am punctual and reliable. I am respectful and responsible. I have many family members in the nursing fields and enjoy helping people and seeing them improve, have a better quality of life and to be comfortable. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and still in High school. I am awaiting phlebotomy and Home Heath Aide testing to become certified.
