Hello my name is Roxanne Hodge.... I have been a CNA, PCT, Mental health worker for 43 years. I love my field of work, I believe it is my calling from God to serve and help others to heal, recover, and be comfortable in their home, hospital, rest home or mental institution as well as group homes. I have a great love for human life especially the elderly and children. I feel blessed when I am blessing others with their needs. If I can help somebody then my living shall not be in vein.

After giving a two week notice my start date is flexible but I am available immediately for weekend position. I am an amateur chef. My passion is first and foremost my family. I am interested in genealogy, history, reading, journaling, gardening and non-political current events. I can hold an intelligent conversation and I am an excellent listener. I cared for my mother in home during the last six of her 94 years. She suffered with dementia, diabetes (insulin dependent), arthritis, incontinence and mobility issues. She wanted to spend her last days in her own home for which I am very thankful I was able to be instrumental in granting her wish. I have spent 30+ years, off and on, in the health care industry in positions of nurse aide and home health care aide. I have hospice experience. I value life and respect end of life wishes. I hope that as I age that I will have someone who will show me the same respect, care, empathy and loving commitment to my care as I provide to my patients.
