Hi, My name is Margie. I am a middle age adult and grandmother of two beautiful girls. Just a little more about myself, I started caregiving when I was about 7 years old with my grandmother who was a nurturer within our community. We would attend to the elderly or the sick when needed, and my duties were to assist with ADL's, cleaning (as much as I could have done) or just getting them something to drink with their medication, inwhich were always appreciated by them. I knew then that helping someone in need would become a career. I became a Nursing Assistant in 1988 and Certified in 2004. I have mainly worked with homehealth and hospices agencies, however, these roles has taken me into skilled nursing homes as well as retirement homes. I am also experienced with working with Mental health patients and the Disability & Special Needs. I have experience with working with Alcohol & Abuse clients and I have worked with veterans. I am thoroughly comfortable with a variety of different clientele such as dementia and alzheimers clients and offers them the very best services possible. For 17 years, And enjoy what i do, helping people,I possess, to perform my care giving duties successfully my personality traits are patience, compassion,Attentiveness,Dependability,trustworthiness and Always have there best interest and care first and foremost.I have worked in the Hospital, Nursing Home,Assissted living Facilities as well as private Duty. I like the day or night shift, and I am available for work overnights for 8-12 hour shifts either in a home or in a facility. Also available days but I do not burn the candle at both ends. The age of my clientele has ranged from 3 to 104. Wherever you are I can go to get to you. If you are in a facility and you want me there I can be there. I am a huge advocate for my clients and I have a zero tolerance policy for maltreatment or neglect. I also will not allow anyone to exploit or abuse a client without reporting it to the proper authorities. I have advanced training in Alzheimer's and dimentia as well as Occupational Therapy degree holder as of December 2019 I am currently taking on new clients.

My name is Tiara I'm 25 years old, when I was 18 my grandmother fell ill and there was nobody that we felt could give her the around the clock skilled care she needed without going into a facility (which nobody would have allowed to happen) so I began caring for her myself, following under the direction hospice had given. I began turning her as needed aiding in her mobility so she wouldn't lose the use of her legs, hand over hand feeding her. Anything she needed I was there and I realized I didn't just like to help but instead it gave me a good feeling to know I was doing more then just assisting I was a companion. She was no longer"down in the dumps" it's a wonderful feeling. I'm a very honest easy going person, I've got a habit of always seeing the brighter side. I enjoy reading and cooking in my free time. Im currently awaiting my test for my cna certification and soon after I will be bridging to LPN.
