I'm 49,I have 2 older children,and it's how I supported them by myself. I have 31 yrs experience as a cna. I love what I do. I do have a wide variety of hospital and long term care experience. I recently moved back to Amarillo from being stationed at fort Sam Houston in San Antonio Texas where I finished training to become a medic for the us navy and marine corps.

I am currently working as a nurse aid at a nursing home. I love working with the residents. The reason I am interested in this is because I like helping people who need a little extra assistance. I am currently in college and my ultimate goal is to be a nurse. I am trying to learn how to work with people and care for them right now.
