Turns out im exactly the type and maybe even born to do it. I have a natural ability to care for people. I see beyond the brave words and read whats really wrong with people. I love that! To gain the trust of some that aren't so easy to give trust. Its priceless.

Hello! My Name is Kristen Innerarity-Ellison. I am newly married and mother of 2 beautiful teenage girls. I am a born again Christian. Currently working at Crossroads Family Care in Mt. Enterprise but I am looking to extend my passion for helping others by making their lives a little easier one day at a time.

My name is Jazmine towery I am 26 years old and a mommy of 4 kids im married to their amazing handsomest dad, I'm most closest to my bio dad. 1. My personality traits that would help me to become a great caregiver would be: my listening skills, Caring and being respectful to my patients wishes. 2. What attracted me to being a caregiver? My daddy was my rock and he went through school, graduated and went into the Navy came back and worked as a CNA/Nurse so I decided to follow in his footsteps. 3. What I would enjoy most about being a caregiver would be, well I'm kinda just now starting to get my foot into caregiving so this would be my first job as a caregiver but have worked in a nursing home setting and also watched first hand as my mom worked as a in-home caregiver. 4. What is a personal Achievement I am proud of? Would ultimately be watching my kids grow up and be loving towards each other and me becoming a mommy at such a young age.

I am a people person and a self starter. I love the elderly and have been taking care of them for over 22 years. I have experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia , other cognitive impairments and love making my clients happy. The elder love community is often cast aside and forgotten about. My goal is to alway provide excellent care and compassionate care and most importantly companionship. I have wonderful letters of recommendation and I enjoy what I do.

I'm a loveable caregiver treat the elderly like my grandparents or mom & dad. I talk and make the elderly safe and comfortable. I am now working on getting my license and would be very ecstatic to be your mom or dad caregiver. I have a great cheerful attitude and have no problem with helping it's what I do! My Love, Compassion, Gentleness, Patience and attention to details. I was a CNA in a Hospital and l seen the lack of compassion for the elderly patients, so l would get in there to help them and they would achieve at least half there goal. And thats when l decided l wanted to work with the elderly. When l was a C.N.A. working the floors of long term care, l loved it. However as the years went by my healthy body slowed down. I Love be able to give quality time and care to one person. I have worked the last 3 years in homes and have (am) loved it. I am proud of the fact l am active. I manage my time well. I am outgoing, have always taken care of other individuals. I do not need to be micromanaged. I was referred by a friend and have known the patients for several years. I just enjoy taking care of other people. I worked 10 years with a pediatric AIDS patient that was not suppose to live past that year, he was 4 at that time and he lived to be 10 years old.

My past history was marketing Home Health and Hospice. My love was caring for the patients. I have had a love for Seniors my whole life. They are full of stories and life. The gifts that God has given me enables me to really love and have fun with each individual client.
