Being a certified nursing assistant is my second career, and I am very passionate about it because I love to help people. My first career was as an accountant, which taught me to be organized, dependable, punctual and respectful of other people. I chose to be a nurse assistant because of the satisfaction I receive from doing a job that is important and helps others. When I worked at Mary Washington Hospital, I received many comments from my patients about how well I cared for them and helped them with their daily needs.
