I have been a caregiver for 20+ years. I have continued my education as well. I love working with a diverse group of clients. I work with the elderly and mentally disabled from children to adults. I believe that it has always been my purpose. I am very respectful, compassionate and caring. I am also patient, responsible and trustworthy.

I started being a caregiver when I was 19 years old my grandmother had a stroke and I took care of her. I have a daughter that needed a liver transplant at 5 month old. Unfortunately she got cancer at three years old from the inner rejection medicine . My husband got cancer about 12 years agoI taking care of him. Worked in a memory care facility. I have my food handling card CPR card and first aide. I'm certified in dementia and Alzheimer's .

I have been part of my Nogales community and serving my hometown for over 20 years. My kindness and expertise has allowed me to work close with elders in my community. I have and extemded professional background in the medical field and would love to continue to serve in the medical area.

I'm retired. Worked at Tucson Airport checking bags and persons, retired 2014. I worked at UofA computer center, retired. Worked a Old Tucson Studios for three years. Working part time for Homewatch caregiver driving clients for several reasons. Im a great companion. I drive for appts and shopping.

My name is Amanda I am 19 years old. I enjoy being a CNA because no matter the person and situation they have a story. I enjoy getting to know my residents one on one in order to create the best experience for us both. I chose to go into home care so I could spend time with the individual person and not be rushing between rooms. I look at my residents as though they are family. I hold my self to the highest standard of care and will go the extra mile in caring for each individual resident.

I became a care giver because since I was little I wanted to be a Nurse, and when I started looking information about nursing I thought it was a ecellent way to start my nursing career, and it was, i been a CNA for 8 years and still working on my RN degree. I think what makes me a great caregiver is that I care about my patients and their well beeing, I treat them how i gould like my family to be treated.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping our seniors with everyday life, I enjoy learning about their lives, I like for them to know that they still matter even as they grow older, that someone still has time for conversation. I know that their families have busy lives and while they do care very much for their elders, their everyday lives are complicated with taking care of everyday issues like the bills. I want to be that person they can lean on to let their aging family member know how special they are to them, I do not want to replace them, I just want to be there when they cannot. I believe that I have stated pretty well what I like about being a caregiver. I am proud that I have overcome some devastating things in my life and have moved on to be a better person who has a great deal of patients, caring attitude, loving respect for others, and want to share a smile with our aging community. I enjoy making others smile and bringing laughter to someone Else's life no matter what is going on in my personal life. I do not bring any personal problems to work with me, I do not feel like you should make someone feel unhappy because you may have issues to deal with, personal problems should stay personal and not a problem for the people you are helping.

I am patient..considerate...aware of needs....I like to engage those I care for in conversation and activities... I enjoy seeing the health and wellbeing of those I care for.. where there is a need I try to fill it. I discovered this when caring for my mother-in-law with cancer and my aging parents. More recently,2011, my son was diagnosed with terminal esophageal cancer ... I spent a year in Arizona and Cancer Treatment Centers... i learned to manage his feeding tubes,IV 'a on & off, nausea issues etc...and I am happy to say my son ( in remission)and I returned to Dallas in 2013... I feel my greatest achievement is raising my two sons...
