I am very caring and compassionate person who values familly. I'm a proud mother of four adult children and one teenager daughter whom I adopted when she was two years old. What attracted me to being a caregiver was my mother becoming ill. Although I live thousands of miles away at very short notice I was able to quickly arrange for my daughter and I to immediately travel to care for my mother. Caring for others brings me joy and great satisfaction. Over the past 20 years or so I have been called on by friends and others in my community to look after their parents, assiting with child care, providing transportation to doctors appointments , grocery shopping and house keeping services, etc. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is making others feel safe and important. One personal achievement that I am proud of is adopting my daughter. Being able to love and care for someone without exception or reservation and making them feel loved like family and safe.

Being in the healthcare field for over 10 years, had shown me the importance of helping ones to be able to stay at home with assist. I have rehabbed many to assisted living, ECF, and home settings throughout my career. I love working with all ages but most experienced with geriatric population. My personality is outgoing, creative, and compassionate. I will try my hardest to fulfill all requirements but attempt to make it as enjoyable as possible. I am CPR certified and am up to date on all TB, MMR, amd flu vaccinations. I would love to assist with keeping older ones in their home as long as safely possible.

When I was 23 my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and I was with her every step of the way as her caregiver which made fall in love with the caregiving field because I love to help others. To be able to be the person that someone accepts help from is an honor because I know it's often hard to accept help. I have achieved many great things in my lifetime but my greatest achievement is being 35 and in great health.

I am a mother of 3 children (& multiple God children) and a grandma of 6 (as well as multiple God Grandkids!) I always have a house full of kids! I worked in the healthcare field for years. I love working with children as well as elderly and disabled people. I have worked in Nursing homes, group homes, hospitals, and State facilities taking care of children, elderly people as well Developmentally Disabled and Mentally I'll individuals. I am a people person and love to work with people! I am very dependable and I am a very fast learner. I listen to the needs and concerns of the individual(s) that I am taking care of (working for) and I try to take care of everything asked of me. I address concerns immediately and try to resolve them (or ease them) to the best of my ability! I love to have fun. I am a home body, I don't party.
