Hello! My name is Kimberly and I have years of experience caring for the elderly and patients with traumatic brain injuries. I am very compassionate about what I do and have a lot of patient and care to give my clients.

I feel what makes me a great caregiver are a few reasons: I'm experienced in this field, I'm patient and I know what to expect and how to handle whatever occurs from the job. I became a caregiver because it was similar to the very first job I had, which was a patient attendant at U of M Hospital, that was a rewarding job that I enjoyed, and ever since then I've been in this field most of my time working. I like being a caregiver because I like helping people, and the job is very rewarding despite things that may occur on the job. I have my CNA diploma.

I believe what helps me be a great caregiver is that I treat each person as if they were apart of my own family, I have a very warm and welcoming heart. I've always had a joy for caring for others, doing for others is part of being a good person. I enjoy the happiness that I am able to bring to someone's life.

I am a very loving and caring person I love taking care of the elderly. I been a nursing assistant since I was 18 yrs old never wanted to really do anything else but take care of people. I like getting to no them about there families. I like to make them smile comfort them the best I no how. When I go home at the end of the day I no I have done a good job and every job I have work everyone love how I work and how I communicate with the residents.

I am a very passionate when it comes to helping others and health in general. I can understand others feelings from their perspective. I'm very attentive and dependable as well. I was attracted to caregiving because of my nurturing personality. I also have family who's been doing some sort of healthcare since I was young. I enjoy being able to make others feel good as it makes me feel good as well. Working with people where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I like doing a variety of tasks in a day. I'm proud of the fact that I also help with caring for my Grandfather with Alzheimer's.

My passion has always been taking care of the Elderly. I love them as if their were my own grandparents. I always treat them with love and respect. I also give them my trust and honesty and make them feel comfortable; I will do whatever I can to continue to treat them with the upmost respect.

I"m a Certified Nurse Assistant who go above and beyond for my patients. I'm a active listener and a fast leaner making me more than just a caregiver. My patience, empathy and observation skill make me a special caregiver. I enjoy doing sometime they cannot do for themself.

l 've been a caregiver since (1983) when I was trained and certifiied as s a direct care staff for the profoundly mentally handicap for 5 years, than transitioned over to caring for the elderly, recently I just loss a client of over 6yrs. who was 98 years old. I also cared for her daughter who preceeded her in death due to lung cancer. I have 30 years plus experience, if you're looking for someone who's going to give 100% of herself at all times, and whom offers an excellent attendance track record proven, I'm definitely your girl.
