I started as an Activities Coordinator at a Memory Care community and then advanced to become a Sales Counselor at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. I have a passion for serving seniors and especially love working with those who have neurological disease states such as Dementia or Alzheimer's. I paid (out-of-pocket) for "Core" Training to become an Executive Director at a Senior Living Community. I am looking for a part time opportunity and one that is somewhat flexible to supplement my income. I can provide reliable references as a testament to my dedication to serve the senior population! Before I discovered my passion, I was a marketing executive for 20 years.

I have worked with children of all ages, elderly, disabled adults and children for almost 15 years. I enjoy taking care of people, I have worked in the medical field since I was 17. You don't have to be born or aged to have a disability. I feel that any one of us could be disabled if an accident happens. And if that did happen, I would hope that I had caring individuals to also help me. I want to help and care for someone the way I would want to be cared for. To be respected the way I would want respect. I enjoy being able to help. Bringing someone into your home requires a lot of trust. I am honest and trustworthy. My greatest achievement has been being able to witness true happiness in a highly disabled individual!
