I've been told repeatedly that I'm and calm, gentle, and responsible. I do know, that I have extreme attention to detail. The accomplishment that I'm most proud of, was earning a bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona. It was enormously difficult. After spending 20 years in Silicon Valley, I moved to the Big Island, where I now work as a Substitute Teacher. Many aspects of sub'ing parallel those of an excellent care giver. The parents and family of these young children, entrust their safety to me. The day's activities must be documented for review by the regular teacher. And I tend to orient to becoming a friend of the students, because I want the classroom experience to be a pleasant one where the behavior and performance are motivated by mutual respect.
