Hello, I'm Jennafer. I previously worked for a VA Medical Center as a nurses aid. I loved my job, unfortunately I moved and it was too far in distance. I am CPR certified, and have experience with most common elderly illnesses and diseases. I worked with a lot of patients suffering from either dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, urinary, respiratory, cardiopulmonary, restorative, and more. I absolutely enjoy making people happy and being part of people's lives, which is one reason I believe makes me great at care giving. I love to talk and companionship is a big plus for me in the healthcare field. I am very compassionate about the care I provide and I enjoy the friendships I get to make. I am always looking for ways and opportunities to better my skills and care. Just for a little extra info, I do speak some spanish, however not too fluent; I also play several musical instruments in which I got to share music with some of the residents I cared for. I am an excellent worker, friend, and companion and I hope to get the opportunity to show and express it to you and your loved one(s)!

I am a very hardworking and compassionate person. I love meeting new people and having a sincere but reliable and business work relationship. Whether it is being a good listener or doing daily activities I am someone you can trust and respect as I will do for others.

I have been a cna and home care worker for over 20 yrs. I enjoy helping people and careing for elderly. It has to be one of the most rewarding jobs next to being a mom in the world. When I can be there to either help them in everyday needs all the way to the final days of life. Not only have I enjoy it but I have met some amazing and wonderful people that have affected me in positive ways.

Have been a caregiver since 1999. It provided me the opportunity to help people and give back to those who need help.

I started my career in health care in 2005, I am compassionate and reliable. I have experienced a lot in the last 13 years related to this field. I have experience with Alzheimer's, prosthetics, medication administration, colostomy, trachs, just to name a few.

I became a care giver at a very young age i used to go to work with my mother and help out with what ever i could, i became a cna at the age of 12, and have been around the elderly my whole life,I like being a care giver because i enjoy helping people, and listening to there storys from when they were young, My achievement is helping people that need it the most and some of the eldrely have no family so i try to become there family and put a smile on there face thats my achievement making someone happy. i am a recent widow and i have 2 grow children and 3 grandchildren,i live alone and enjoy life.

I love working and taking care of people that need me. I I have worked with handicapped and mentally and physically disabled persons as well. I have dealt with a lot of altzheimers and dementia clients and also worked with hospice.

to tell you the truth i was 17 years old and neede a job, there was an add in the paper for cna training(free), and i signed up< i took the class and passed< here i am 35 and still a cna. i feel that is my calling, ive delt with many residents from sych. patients to just elderly patients that needed help with daily activities. i sometimes feel that i can be apart of there life just because im around them and there situations every day. when i go to work, and hear, "hi,were you been?" it realy makes me feel that i have an impact on there life. thats a good feeling. im a fast learner, very outgoing and love to laugh, and make people laugh around me.

I became a caregiver after graduating highschool because I wanted to get a job that actually meant something and I thought I'd make a big difference in this field. One thing I like about being a caregiver is I really like helping people who are in need it makes me feel good about myself that I can be there for someone who really appreciates what I am doing for them. One personal achievement that I am proud of is actually getting through the CNA class I decided to take because I wouldn't be where I am if it wasn't for that. One thing I can say about myself from what other people have told me is I am a diligent worker always considering others and that I can always make someone smile even when they are feeling really down

I have been a Caregiver/Med tech for 4 years. I really find working with Elderly enjoyable. I'm also a Certified Medical Asst. I'm very experienced with cooking and create healthy meals. In addition, I started a garden at my last job for the 6 ladies I was honored to spend time with. I think we all could learn from our elders, they have so much to give to us.
