Hi my name is Uly, I have 11 years of experienced taking care of elderly, cases that I have been handled are als, (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) im a tobii dynavox device knowledgeable so as portable ventilator and hoyer lift.. colostomy, diabetes (includes inserting the dexcom g6 sensor and transmitter to the client, setting up the receiver, as well as giving the insulin shots) high blood pressure, early stage of dementia, and Alzheimer, tube feeding. I'm 42-year-old Filipino woman. I drive and have my own car, I treat my patient like my own family, my jobs includes giving shower/bath to the client, , preparing meals, engaging in exercise and activities, medication reminders, take to and from any appointments or social events, running errands, assist with grocery, guidance in grooming, assist with emails.
