My personal experience was helping family members when they got sick and could not do things on there own. I always loved helping people out regardless if they was young old sick healthy I love seeing people smile. Being able to make someone's day just a little better. Personal achievements would be that I learned how to drain a catheter and learning different ways to help someone because not everyone can move or do the same things.

I have been a caregiver in LTC facilities for over 10 years and I have come to the conclusion that if you can keep your loved ones at home, then we should come to them. So I decided to leave that and start working for people from home so they can stay home. I've taken care of younger people, not kids, and of course all the way up to end of life. The experience I have could be great, I just don't want people to have to resort to putting loved ones somewhere where they have care. Let's make that be home more often! I love taking care of others and helping them achieve their goals. This is why I became a caregiver in high school and I have never stopped. I have my CNA license. I have three children. I am very outgoing and caring, I love to laugh and make others laugh. I am tender and understanding. I really enjoy caring for my elders for I was raised by my grandparents til I ended up caring for them in the end. To make life easier on the people I am caring for is my goal.
