I am a very patient and attentive person. The most rewarding and precious thing we all have is our time and devotion. My goal as a caregiver is to empower as well as, revive a sense of personal independence. Building self esteem and administering a heavy dose of reassurance, are my strong points. I am a Medical Assistant, I have been a Cosmetologist for over twenty years, so I have a great bedside manner. I am a Christian. As a caregiver, I empower the weak to feel strong and allow them to have as much choice in their own lives as possible.

Let me start by stating, entrusting a stranger with the life of a loved one or yourself can be quite daunting. Being a caregiver is much more than technical qualifications; it requires heart, soul, laughter, patience, compassion, and human nature at its most vulnerable state. This is why I am passionate about what I do. I have a very colloquial personality which keeps me fluid with other personalities. I have cared for elders in my community and I enjoy helping them preserve their independence as long as possible and becoming enriched with their history. I am proud of achieving the knowledge of my self worth and the worth of others, along with growth through writing and photography. I have experience with Parkinson's patients as well, and that has been a crowning honor for myself. More so, I find myself living through the wisdom and history of each person's story and take that knowledge through my own journey. In 2018 my 36 year old brother was placed on hospice care with terminal stage 4 liver disease. The caregivers were excellent and helped our family so much. After my brother passed away, I knew I wanted to pay it forward and help other families like mine. I obtained my CNA license and started this journey.
