I will say first that I love being a certified nurse assistant in America and I thrive to become a better person while working in the healthcare field. The fact that I can be happy and nice on purpose and get paid for it is amazing but the award that comes with the job is unheard of. I enjoy the family you gain while providing care for someone. But most of all I enjoy giving the love ones a piece of mind knowing that they love one is in good hands while I'm assisting and helping take care of duties that needs to be done. I received employee of the month fours times in during the pandemic. Was very proud of myself for achieving that.
