I have five years prior experience as a CNA and have worked in both a hospital environment and also a handful of Long Term Care facilities. I was a travel CNA my last two years of work so I got to travel many different places locally to help with care in my area! And for the present company that I work for. I'm a very dedicated employee that loves to take care of her patients and once they become my patients, I become very. I'm not saying I love what I'll do and I'm very good at it. How are the people interrupting me can happen and I love to move around especially once I don't have much family Overprotective and overprotective of them. I am very observant. I know how to be cautious and what I do I mean. Giving their medicines reminding them, helping them 1 day. Forget things helping them even to exercise. When I don't even have to PT. I become very hands-on with their family. So they can trust me and the client can trust me as well. I don't do this just for a paycheck. I do this because I love what I do and love giving back to people that need our help. I'm very compassionate and what I do.. Just reinsuring the family that they can count on me. And knowing that they can be at ease when they leave. Their loved ones with me is my reward I feel.

Hi !, my name is Cindy and I love care giving because it allows me to give back to the community with its wisest members, our elderly! I have twenty years experience as a care giver. I have ten years of live in experience and are trying to find a position which will allow me to spend more time with my disabled son. I'm a very friendly socially outgoing person and usually I end up very fast friends with my clients and their families. I usually can get them to bathe in no time because I am persuasive and professional! People will begin to eat healthier because I am an excellent cook and I pay close attention to nutrition. I'm also getting recertification in CPR locally. I'm considering certification in dementia care as well. I have worked and studied dementia in non credited format. I feel staying engaged is paramount in maintaining a healthy lifestyles in advanced years of life. I love arts and crafts and design projects for us to complete with interest and enthusiasm! Sometimes I sketch my clients and they enjoy this activity. I bring board games for fun and can play cards as well. I also attend church and stay close in my church community. Caring respectful and really patient... I love making my patient comfortable

Care giving has been a part of me for a very long time, from bringing crackers and 7up to my brother when he was sick, caring for my grandparents while in the nursing home. I was raised around some amazing women who have shown me that no matter what in any situation I will always be there for someone in need. Have seen the good and bad in working and visiting facilities. When someone is working just for a paycheck that person is most certainly in the wrong career for healthcare. Yes a paycheck is good there is too much compassion in me to be that way, I get way to attached to my people cannot help that. Our elders deserve to be treated with the upmost respect. I have sat with a client at an assisted living facility for 13 hours, working a double 2pm to 6 am the next morning, 13 of the 16 was talking, singing just being there for that resident made care giving that much more special. What I enjoy the most bringing smiles to each and every person I meet, young or old. If I only see one smile than I know have done a good days work. The most personal achievement I am proud of are my children, without then life would not exist they are my heartbeat and if anything were to happen to either of my children I would lose my absolute mind.
