Hello my name is Olivia. I am a mother of 4 last 2 girls are attending Westlake High. So about 25+ yrs. of experience as I got older I cared for my mom then later my father til they past. I love taking care of others sometimes I wish there were more of me to help others. As an individual who spent her early years in a civil war, it was seriously sad to see people who were affected badly and had no one to care for them. Due to my passion for humanity, I found myself voluntarily helping victims in anyway I could as encountered them. After my transition to the US due to the war, I knew that caregiving was a part of me and decided to spent my career life doing that. As a care giver, it gives me nothing less that joy and excitement to know that I can be there for an individual during their most critical time of need and that I can also be a part of the team who nurture them back to recovery/health. I'm proud to say that I've worked with multiple clients who has successfully recovered fully as well as clients who has not. But again, such is life.

My story : I was raised for a short period of time by My great nana and uncle . When they became sick, they were moved into hospice care. I recall doing everything I could to brighten their spirits and provide them happiness and peace. But at those moments, I discovered my calling and purpose. Working with the elderly senior generation now has the same implications. Working with each family, I offer the same comfort, love, and peace. I find myself caring for this generation as if they were my own family. My goal with each family is to constantly provide light to each individuals I serve. I have a job that takes patience and a compassionate heart. I am originally from Columbus TX but I recently moved to Gonzales TX last year. I have been a stay at home mom to two beautiful boys since last March but I am excited and eager to start working again! I have always been described as a very bubbly person and I have never been someone who hesitates when it comes to helping others. I try my best to learn and adapt to my environment as quickly as possible. When I lived in Columbus I helped out my elderly grandpa as much as I could and learned a lot about caregiving through those experiences. Some of my favorite memories are watching old westerns with him and sitting and listening to all of his stories.
