I became a caregiver in 2011 I am CPR certified,I have my Nurse Delegation,Dementia &Alzheimer's, Developmental Disabilities speciality training,Mental Health ,Insulin Delegation i have all my certificates of competition. It is my passion to take care of others it has always been my dream job since I was little I wanted to become a nurse, I enjoy working with the clients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds and have a demonstrated ability to develop great relationship with them and their families. Moreover, I am trustworthy and responsible person who takes great pleasure in all kinds of caregiving tasks. Besides, I am dedicated to work hard and always accept challenges to produce winning outcomes. Over and above, I am an active team player who is able to work effectively with managers and co-workers. I have been in many setting witch includes an adult family home where I cooked,cleaned,bathed,and did medication administrations along with patient adls with 6 residents to myself for 12 hours a day. Ive also worked at rehabilitation facilities,assisted living as a med tech. My favorite thing about what i do is knowing that i play a special part in someone's life who can no longer take of themselves and i get the privilege to do so and having the trust of it being all in my hands. Im very proud of myself for sticking with being a caregiver and getting all the diffrent trainings i have and experience i have gotten from it.

I having been a police for over 25 years, my career changed suddenly in 2018 after I lost my sister to cancer. I was away when she passed on and when I came back I was told that my sister's health detorriated so much and she had no caregiver to assist her even to get to hospital at times perhaps she would have atleast lived longer if there was someone to assist her. I was disappointed to know this and from that day on I decided to go out and care for those who need help so here I am and I always want to give the best I can.

I am very compassionate about this kind of work. I have 2 1/2 years of experience with working in a nursing home, assisted living home, and as a home care provider. My mother has been a caregiver for 20 years and so I guess it's in our genes to want to help people! I have a huge heart and I care about helping folks who need a little extra help or even just companionship. I enjoy building relationships with each of my clients. I think the most important part of this job is to listen and to be their support system and provide the best companionship as possible. I am proud that I have decided to choose caregiving as my career path because it's natural for me to want to care for folks. An achievement that I have done is I care for family who always requested me to come work for them because I am a quick learner and go the extra mile!

Hi my name is Churrell, I am 30 years old and I'm a CNA (certified nursing assistant). I have owned my own business doing in-home care for seven years but have 15 years experience total. I have a car, insurance and a valid license. I have worked with a variety of different clients therefore I have a wide range of experience. Some of the tasks I offer are: Medication reminders Bathing/ Showering Light house Cleaning/ organizing Cooking Transportation to and from doctors appointments. I am kind and extremely giving. I take care of everyone as if they were my own parents. I have taken care of my own quadriplegic son at home doing things I never thought I would be doing, but out of love I learned everything to take the best care of him that I could. I started caregiving after my son was shot because who could take better care of him than me. I decided to become an C.N.A, and took extra classes so that I could be prepared for anything, and enable him to be independent, and lead a full life. I enjoy caregiving because I am making a difference in someone's life , be it small or large it makes my heart happy to be able to make someone smile and help someone in need. I believe I am a grwt caregiver because I have a compassion an patience for people. My grandmother has Parkinson's disease and I always wished I could care for here instead of removing her from Home. But honestly it was best because she not only does likes the place she likes the people gave gotta close to a lot. But I am a outgoing bubbly kind of person an love to work with the elderly I am nurse delegated an have trading in mental health an dementia I have worked with memory care center, assisted living and skilled care.

I have over 10 years of caregiving experience. In all types of settings. Facility, home health, elderly care, dementia, diabetes, I am HIV and bloodborne pathogens certified, cpr and first aide certified and have my CNA certification in Washington state. Willing to submit to all and any background or drug testing. Most of all, I love taking care of others and am furthing my career in nursing. I also hold a nurse delegation in the state of Washington with a focus on diabetes. I can administer insulin and monitor blood sugar. Alzheimer's and Demetria certified.

A little about me, I started caring at a young age such as my grandparents started when grandma had a stroke and lost all mobility on right side. I guess I just stay with it knowing how I can help someone in his or her time of need. For one to consider this responsibility one would need to carry out alot of compassion to care for another. There are alot of challenges but there are rewards from helping others. I'm proud that I can make a difference of allowing my abilities to help others.
