My name is Ashanti I'm a caregiver in the state of Wisconsin love my job and love helping people in general can't wait for what the future awaits me.

I have had a passion for health care & mostly the elderly population since I was in Kindergarten. However, I enjoy helping anyone who needs my assitance. I became a care giver because of the need & my own self satisfaction of helping others. I am proud to say I have been a Medical Assistant for the past 20 plus yearsr but feel I have come to a point in my career where the clinic setting has becomemore of a business and not very personal & caring. In the office setting you are rushed to room patient's that it has taken over the personal touch that I was proud to give. I feel the home setting you can be one on one which probably makes the patient feel more comfortable & the focus of why we are there to help them. I enjoy helping others to make their lives as full and content for them as possible.

I take full responsibility for my clients I don't have any children or sickly family that will interfere in my commitment to provide full time / live in care position. I specialize in providing care to clients with Dementia/ Alzheimer disease. I provide exceptional care to all my clients. I have worked with clients from stage 1 until the final stage (7) of dementia. I also worked in the hospital setting for four years. I have four years of experience on the surgical/ orthopedic & pediatric floor! I have experience in knee, hip replacement, spinal etc. I have assisted in rehab right after surgery. I am cpr/first aid certified. I promote mobility and keeping active. I am a certified nursing assistant. Recently I lost a long time client to Alzheimer and cancer. I take on full responsibility for my clients. I schedule all appointments, grocery shopping, memory care programs. I have experience with mechanical lifts, cooking, sorting and passing medications. I worked closely with very prestigious families in the community. This is my passion and I take pride in the care I provide! I'm very flexible with my schedule. I have a lot of compassion for the elderly and anybody that actually needs help in home What attracted me to caretaking was that I cared for my grandma that had dementia and other issues for three and a half years I love being able to do the one-on-one with people it just gives them more sense of the feeling that they're actually cared about it's hard to get that in a facility I am very proud of the person I've become I have a lot of compassion I'm willing to go above and beyond for any family it just makes me feel like a better person

Hi I'm Amber I've been a caregiver for about 5 years I have recently in the past 1 got my CNA certification, I have also done hospice care I like being a caregiver because I love helping people anyway I can. I enjoy this line of work because it lets me gain bonds with people that may not have a family or anyone to help them.

When I was in grade school I always wanted to be a Nurse because I loved helping people. My friends would come to me for help in a situation and I'd be delighted to help. I am also very intrigued by the human body.

I am a mother of 7 kids, I have been caregiving and providing direct care for 25 years. I just moved to Wisconsin from Illinois. I have worked in pretty much all fields as far as activities, Dr. Offices, caregiving, and supervisory. I have maintained my CNA cert since 2012 as well as my MA cert since 2014. I pride myself as empathetic, caring, thinking outside the box, friendly, and dependable. I am first aid and CPR certified.

I am a very compassionate and empathetic person. I love to help people in need. Helping others gives me a wonderful feeling inside-where it counts. I am a mother of 5. I have been a CNA for 8 years. Being a caregiver was instilled within myself from a young age. Growing up I had an elderly grandmother, in which I helped take care of. It just came naturally to me. I enjoy being a companion or a listening ear for her made me smile. So I have always looked at being a caregiver is just helping those who needed me. Making sure that ate or remembered to take the medications is vital for those who has limited mobility or early dementia or those that just need that extra reminder.
