I became a caregiver to help others, it's always given me pleasure knowing I was able to make someone else's life a little better. I like being a caregiver because it allows me to give back what has been in me. The thing I'm mostly proud of is how much I've accomplished throughout my life. I'm 37 years of age and I've been a CNA for about 13 years now. I'm a very family-oriented, compassionate person who cares about the level of care I provide to others. I'm very dedicated to those I provide services for. I believe in the clients' right to choose his/her care along with treating the client and their loved ones with dignity and respect.

Hi I want to take a little bit about me I'm am 41 year old a mother with one daughter she is 20 I'm a certified CNA also CBRF train been working in this field for 14years Nursing Homes, Supported living, Assisted living, personal care I work went all type of people young and the Elder also with disability and behavior problems I got in this feel because I like helping people we all get older things happen to people we don't know why treat people the way you want to be treated with love kindness understand as a mother I understand how to be a parent allso as a sister and auntie love you have for your loved ones is so endearing also so important have a person would help take care of your loved ones who understand so if I'm saying I'm a good candidate yes have some years experience Ben in different situation. I have over five years of experience working in this field. Before that I always had a passion to assist ones who couldn't do for their self so I volunteer at group homes for three years. I went and got my CBRF certificate later and I'm going continue farther my education in this profession.

I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I have been a CNA for a little over 13yrs now. I started off helping to care for my great grandmother, who suffered from Alzheimers Disease, 15yrs ago and i have been doing it every since. I love being able to help others out and that includes both my patients and their families. I've learned that doing the smallest things for people can make their whole day, sometimes their whole life, better. There id nothing more rewarding to me than knowing I've help to make some one a little more comfortable or I've helped give someone a little piece of mind. I know that aging and disabilities take a huge toll on not just the patient but the families also. I love what i do and it gives me peace of mind, to be able to give others a peace of mind and it makes me happy to know i affect so many peoples lives.

I'm very compassionate and very patient and I believe those are the best traits to have within this line of work. I've always wanted to become a caregiver because of my mother. Just growing up watching her influenced me. Building relationships with my clients influences me the most because I love knowing I'm providing a service that many may need & that they are thankful for. My favorite achievement is sticking to my job everytime. This is not a easy line of work and you have to have a passion for actually taking care of someone.

I became an Cargiever in 2017 I started at 18 I really enjoy working with different types of disability's I find it fun & interesting the residents are very cool and friendly . Iam currently working on trying to get my CNA license and then my LPN license . I enjoy being a Cargiever helping people out.

Every since I was young, my goal has always been to become a nurse. The older I got the more the passion grew on me. Now I am a Certified Nurse Aide, I love the one-on-one companionship. The joy I bring back in love ones eyes. The relationship me and the patient establish is beautiful. Being an extra hand, voice, and friend without enabling them, but bring life back into them. I am also taking online class to further my education in healthcare. I love what I do.

What makes me a great caregiver is my motivation and dedication towards my passion. I'm very engaging, I'm always the leader of the group, I can build relationships with residents, family, and coworkers and understand them on a mental/emotional level. When I was younger my abuelo ( grandpa ) was in the ICU and I always seen the RN's do their job and was so interested... the rest is history! A personal achievement I'm proud of is finishing my CNA course I'm one step away from getting my CNA license!
