I can do light house keeping, Check and record vital signs; measure height and weight; measure intake and output; collect specimens; test urine; observe patient response to care; report and record observations of patient's conditions.Check and pass food trays; feed patients; provide fresh drinking water and nourishments; assist with bed pans, urinals and commodes; empty urine collection bags; assist with colostomy care; give enemas; observe faces and urine; monitor intake and output. Turn and position patients; provide range of motion exercises; transfer patients to wheelchair/stretcher; assist with ambulation. Bathe patients; provide nail and hair care; assist with oral hygiene; provide denture care; shave patients; assist with dressing and undressing.Admit, transfer and discharge patients; transport patients; take specimen to lab; assist with special procedures; telephone answering; document and assist in unit record-keeping. Make beds; clean and care for equipment; carry out isolation precautions; practice medical asepsis and infection control; practice standard precautions; observe oxygen precautions. Hello, My name is Maggie and I've lived in Conway for 25 yrs. I've always known as a child that I wanted to be able to take care and help others. So, at 18 I worked hard and obtained my CNA licence. Years later I decided I wanted to move on to working with individuals in home and with day to day activities. I've worked with many different people across the board in health related issues and disabilities. And I've worked with children and adults. It's something that's always been a passion of mine and I absolutely love what I do.

I am CPR certified. I have been taking care of varies kinds of clients from special needs to quadriplegic. I have 4 years of experience. I am currently going back to school (online) for my pharmacist license. I am a mother of 4 children. I am very independent and loyal to the people i care for. I am also very dependable and honest.

What makes me a great caregiver is my will and determination to always help the people I take care of. What had attracted me to be a caregiver was it gave me the chance to give back and help the older generations. What I enjoy the most about being a caregiver is how rewarding it is to help others.
